Chef Chris and Sal went on a vacation together expecting to have a good time. It turned out they didn't have a good time, they had a GREAT time. They returned not only better friends, but business partners in CJ's American Grill. On vacation they had long discussions on how a restaurant should be run and learned they shared many common beliefs. The main one is that all guests should be treated like family. It's been the motto of Chef Chris for many years that, "If you take care of people...people will take care of you."
They decided the perfect name of the place should be CJ's. C is for Chris, the J is for his wife Joanne and of course the S is for Sal.
So come on down to CJ's where you won't be just another customer you'll be family.
